    Sounds like you're using a version purchased from the AgileBits web site. You need to contact them and ask for a refund. Then use the money to buy the version from Apple's MAS.

    Plato is correct. If you purchased 1Password 5 directly from us then iCloud Sync is no longer an option due to Apple restricting access to iCloud frameworks to applications purchased through their stores (iTunes and the Mac App Store). Both versions though can use Dropbox.

    If Dropbox is not an acceptable alternative and you purchased from us in the last 30 days then you can ask for a refund and then purchase from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) if that is what you choose.

    Now if you did purchase from Apple's MAS and can't see iCloud that might suggest that you're running our version, did you make use of the trial to see if you liked it? The easiest way to tell is to go to 1Password > About 1Password, it will say either Agile Web Store or Mac App Store.

    Let us know and we can continue getting this resolved.
