Best sync method for MBAir running 10.9.5 and 1Password 4 and iMac (Yosemite) and iPhone (8.1.2) bot
Thanks in advance for any assistance. I've got the following:
(1) MacBook Air running 10.9.5 and 1Password 4
(2) iMac running Yosemite and 1Password 5
(3) iPhone 5S running 8.1.2 and 1Password 5
What's the best way to be syncing my 1Password data between versions 4 and 5 and these devices? (The MacBook Air is controlled by my employer and will not be updated to Yosemite.)

I would go with Dropbox. It would require the ability to install the Dropbox sync service on the Macs so let us know if that's not an option. In terms of ease though Dropbox will allow you to set it up on all three devices and then not think about it any more.
