License terms
My wife and I each have Macbook Pros and iPhones. In addition, she has an iPad mini and I have a Nexus 7 (Android). If I purchase a single license of 1Password and of Vault do I also get to use the apps on the iPhones, iPad and the Nexus 7 at no additional charge?
The total charge would be $69.99 + 34.99 = $104.98. Is this correct?

Not quite.
You and your wife can install the Mac version on both Macs. But the licenses are sold on a per-platform basis, so you won't get the rest of the package with just the Mac purchase.
So you would need the purchase for the Mac license, which you can share with your wife, either through Family Sharing if you buy through the Mac App Store, or just by applying the same license file to both installations if you buy from AgileBits.
You will also need to buy at least one license for the iOS devices. The basic version is free to download, but if you want the more advanced Pro features, those are obtained through an in-app purchase. Apple has not made in-app purchases available through Family Sharing though, so unless you and your wife use the same Apple ID for your purchase from Apple, each of you would need to pay for those features separately. Pro features current require a payment of $9.99.
Then there would be another purchase needed for the Android device, since that's a third platform. I don't know the sharing regulations for the Google Play store, but that version is also free to download and has a charge to activate more advanced features. I'm not familiar with the price for that.
(I'm confused by your reference to Vault - did autocorrect get you? Or do you mean Knox, which isn't a password manager at all, but instead is meant to securely store larger files and records. It does sell for $34.99, which is the reason for the question. You do not need to buy Knox to use the 1Password.)
