Sync does not work - all objects called "No name" - Problem with Mac version

Hi,
I user 1Password for 2 iOS devices (iPad and iPhone) + on my Mac (OS: Yosemite, 1Password version 5.0.2).

I did a complete reinstall on my Mac (format HD etc) 2 days ago and since then I've been struggling with 1Password.
I have 345 objects in 1P and depend on 1P several times per day. It is essential for me.

What happens now is that when I sync my 1P, all accounts are called "no name" ("namnlöst" since I use Swedish). They have no information; they are empty.
Please see attached image:

I have tried to sync via Dropbox, iCloud, Folder, Wifi. All with the same results.
I have uninstalled 1Password and installed it again (3 times). All with the same results.
I have searched for solutions, but found none.
I have tested to add an object on my iPad and it does appear on my iPhone - sync does work on iOS devices.

I'm going crazy and desperate.

Please help. Please.

I'm sorry for the problems you've had but if we take this slowly we might be able to find a solution. Let me ask one or two questions:

    1. What version of 1P are you using on your iOS devices? (If you go to the 1P for iOS Settings screen you'll find the 1P version number towards the bottom of the screen.)
    2. Does any one of your devices currently have a complete set of your 1P data? The reason I ask is that if there is a complete set on either iOS device it might be a good idea to disable sync on the Mac and then start over on the Mac. You could then re-enable sync on the Mac and sync from one of the iOS devices.
    3. Alternatively, do you have any backups of your hard disk before the re-install of the hard disk?

It's really not a good idea to keep switching between sync methods. Although I understand you were desperate that could be why things have got into a muddle.

    Hi @ulrikamw,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble here! Please let us know the answers to Stephen_C's question so we can start sorting things out.

I'm curious as to how you did this reinstall - where did you secure your 1Password data while you were cleaning things up on your Mac?
