Import is not working

Hello,
I need your help regarding how to import data from 1Password v3 for Mac into 1Password v5 for Mac.

Before I did clean install of OS X Yosemite‎, I exported from 1Password v3 for Mac my data on .txt and on .1pif but unfortunately none of them are working on 1Password v5.

I'm going through File > Import... on 1Password v5 where I select the .1pif doc and when I click Open nothing happen.

Please if possible help and Thanks!

    Hi @jojo1,

    I'm not sure why nothing would happen when you click Open. Just to be sure, you select the .1pif file, and the Open button becomes clickable, but the Import window stays open and doesn't do anything once you click Open? Is the .1pif format selected as the File Format on that screen?

    It's possible there's an easier way of getting your 1Password 3 data into 1Password 5. Do you have a backup of your Mac from before the clean install? Or had you been syncing 1Password 3 with Dropbox? If so, it should be easy to either restore from a 1Password backup file, or sync with the vault in Dropbox. We can give some more specific steps if you let us know if you have a backup or used Dropbox sync. Thanks!
