Need itunes store purchase for icloud to work.

I purchased 1password from the store website last night but apparently I needed to purchase it from the iTunes store in order to use it with icloud?

How do I go about getting it so my icloud works across all my devices?

    As long as you made your purchase from AgileBits within the last 30 days (which you have, if you bought the license last night), send your request to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with your request. Be sure to include the email address you used when you made the transaction. They will issue you a refund, and you can then buy from the Mac App Store.
