Can't access agile bits store to upgrade
I would like to upgrade version 3 to version 5 but when I click on www.agilebits.com/store or www.agilebits.com/store/upgrade I get the following message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information"
The same thing has happened yesterday and today.
How do I upgrade?

Are you still having trouble with our web store? It seems to be working for me. You should be able to click on this link: https://agilebits.com/store
If it still gives you an error, try going to https://agilebits.com/ and then click the Store link at the top. Does that work for you?

I have done both of your suggestions and I still can't access your web store. Does it matter that I am in Romania?

Is this the correct place to get support for the issue that I have? If not then is where should I address this problem (email address or website)

This is the correct place for support but I'm afraid you will have to wait for someone from AgileBits staff to help you because I suspect nobody else knows why you can't access the URLs for the web store. Bear in mind many of the staff are in Canada or America so don't appear here until later in the European day.
You could try this link to the 1P update server and see if that works for you. If it does and you can download 1P5 from there let us know and someone will help you sort out the licence afterwards. (You'll have a free 30 day trial of 1P5 when you download it anyway.) If you can't access that URL either then there's something strange going on at your end. :)

Thanks Stephen, I have been using 1P3 for some time now and downloaded and installed 1P5 with no problems.
My free trial has now expired and I would like to upgrade but all the links I click lead to the same error page mentioned above. I have tried going to the website and the store, I have tried clicking the trial expired link from within 1P5 and it all gives me the same message:
"We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information"0 -
I think the best thing you can do is this. Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address;
- a quick explanation of your problem;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and get someone to help you buy the upgrade. I'm sorry it's being so difficult for you.
