After last update 1password craches when i try to run it. I tried installing older version but with the same result it craches.
Looking in the log I see this error:

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: @loader_path/Frameworks/CrashReporter.framework/Versions/A/CrashReporter
Referenced from: /Applications/1Password 5.app/Contents/Frameworks/HockeySDK.framework/Versions/A/HockeySDK
Reason: image not found

Can someone please help ?

    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.

That ought to solve the problem.

Hi, I did what Stephen_C suggested, and now it works altough I get a erro each time 1password is started:

    Instead of '/Applications/1Password 5.app/Contents/LoginItems' it started '~/Downloads/1Password 5 3.app/Contents/Library/LoginItems'.

Any way that I can fix the mini issue?

    I went to the folder "/Applications/1Password 5 3.app/Contents/Library/LoginItems" and moved folder "/LoginItems" one down to "/Applications/1Password 5 3.app/Contents/LoginItems" now I don't get the error message :)

Please make sure there is no copy of 1P in your Downloads folder. If there is delete it from there, empty the trash and reboot. I would certainly not be inclined to meddle with any 1P files or folders in your Applications folder.

    Hi @Huub*‌

Personally I would strongly recommend deleting both the copy in /Applications and the one in your Download folder. Then download another fresh copy and move that to your /Applications. Based on your last message it sounds like you've entered the contents of the application and started moving stuff around and that is something we don't advise.

The error message relates to Yosemite and a quirk where it will often get confused if there are multiple copies of the same program visible. The advice is simply to keep a single copy in your Applications to avoid this error.

Let us know how you get along.
