Trying to purchase Password 5 for Mac but luck!
It's weird. I used Password 5 for the trial period, got the notice the trial expired, clicked the link to buy, loaded in my info to buy for $49.95 and clicked "submit". The button went gray and showed no indication the purchase went through. Went back into Password and it still showed that the trial had expired and that I needed to purchase. Ok, enough. Then I went to my credit card and it showed FOUR charges for $49.95 from Agilebits. I love the app but this makes me very uncomfortable. What gives?

I do apologise this has happened and of course we'll work with you to resolve this. I can't find a record of these transactions against the email address you registered here with in the forums so here is what I would like you to do for us please. I would like you to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and I would like you to supply as much detail as you can.
- Your full name used at the time of purchase
- Your address used at the time of purchase
- The last four digits of the card used for the purchase
- Any useful information regarding the actual transactions, transaction numbers etc.
Once we can discover what has happened we will of course refund you and get this sorted out. I also apologise for the delay in responding.
Once you've email us you should receive a reply with a ticket ID. If you can post that here it will help us locate the email and allow us to respond faster. Once again I'm sorry this happened and we will get it resolved.
