Cannot update to 5.1

Have tried logged in and logged out. Tell-tale shows upgrade downloading, but it never installs.
Current Version 5.0.2 (502007), OS X 10.10.1.

    Hi @annlasko,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble downloading the update for version 5.1. Can you please let us know if you're using the web store version or Mac App Store version of 1Password? Also, if you restart your Mac and try again, does that make any difference?

    Here is what the "about" box says: 1Password 5 Version 5.0.2 (502007) Agile Web Store.

    Restarting hasn't helped, but I am having other OS X problems including having to relaunch the finder frequently before I can restart.

    Hi @annlasko,

    It is possible OS X can't compete the upgrade process for you as we give OS X commands to move files when installing the update. This could be signs of permission issues.

    Can you install the latest 10.10.2 update for OS X? It just came out yesterday, so you might want to try backing up your Mac first and install the update. Hopefully, it resolves the issue and lets you install the 1Password 5.1 update as well.
