Bug report: Lost and moved attachments

I started to use 1password to hold sensitive documents such as copies of birth certificates, driver's licenses, etc.

I last did this a while back in an earlier version I assume (1PW4?) since it was at least a year since I added the documents, but after they started appearing on iOS. I sync devices via dropbox.

Today I tried to find come of the documents and could not- because they were now attached to incorrect entries in the same category (e.g. image of my birth certificate attached to the entry for my father's social security card). Worse, several attachments for my identification- birth certificate, marriage license, ss card, are damaged and cannot be opened. They exist as PDF files, and if copied out of 1PW they are not zero length files, but they are not viewable with preview, and the icon to the left of the file name is missing in 1PW.

On iOS, the damaged files don't even appear to exist.

I don't think I can trust holding secure documents in 1PW yet.

    In order than someone can offer constructive support please tell us, for a start:

    1. the exact version numbers of 1P that you currently run on your Mac & on your iOS devices;
    2. your OS X and iOS version numbers.

    Hi @skorvek,

    In addition to what Stephen_C said, can you tell me if you changed your sync between Dropbox and iCloud in the past?

    Also, the last time you were able to view the attachment was back in 1Password 4, meaning that you may not know exactly when it stopped working?
