Is it possible to add small caps letters option in addition to the present options please ?

There r sites that wants only small password letters instead of upper case letters.

Do you mean lower case letters, rather than small caps, perhaps? I've never heard on using small caps for passwords.

I can suggest although I'm unsure of such a request. Please let me explain.

The problem is once we start down that rabbit hole the Password Generator could easily balloon in options. I recently had a discussion with Dave regarding my own preferences and I did understand his point of view. We need to keep the Password Generator simple enough to ensure it remains accessible for all of our users (who range in their technical skills). The more options the more confusing it becomes and we run the risk that it isn't used or we allow people to create weaker passwords than they intended to.

As you can see, it's very much a balancing act. Personally I'm horrified at some sites as it is but one that disallows uppercase characters in a password? What other shocking requirements do they have and how strong a password can you hope to create?

Just an FYI, there is such a thing as small caps (it's uppercase characters at the same width and height of lowercase ones) though so what you really are after is lower case only. I'm still appalled at that potential weakness of that site's passwords though - it's just so needless.
