trying to get 1Password on an additional Mac
I recently got a second Macbook, and already have 1Password installed on my existing Mac. I have a license key for it, and I asked to have a license resent, but the original email address associated with it is no longer valid. There is no way to email support :-(. Please advise. Or send the license key associated with [email deleted] to [email deleted]. Let me know if you need my original license key. This is very frustrating. There is a link on your page to enter the email address to contact you, but it goes nowhere.

@lindahefferman I have deleted the email addresses from your post. This is a public forum so posting email addresses on it runs the risk of getting spam.
What version of 1P are you running? 1P3 uses a licence key but 1P4 and 1P5 use a licence file.
To retrieve your licence you can send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two.

Hi @lindahefferman ,
I took a quick look in our back office records, but was unable to find any licenses under the email address attached to your forum account. Please follow Stephen_C's instructions above and email in to our team. We'll be happy to get this sorted out for you!

I emailed in the information, and am awaiting an answer. Thanks!
Is it possible that the version I have on my other computer (that is right now back home in Portland, while I'm on a business trip in Chicago) is a different version of 1Password? If that's the case, do you have an upgrade price?

There is special pricing for paid upgrades. If your license is for version 3 or before, you would likely need to pay a discounted price to upgrade. If it's for version 4, there is no charge to move to version 5.

Hi @lindahefferman,
I found the emails you sent us and noticed someone replied to you a few minutes ago (if you didn't receive that email, please check any spam or junk filters in case it was caught there). We'll keep the conversation going via email so we don't duplicate efforts or cause confusion between here and there. Thanks! :)
