Can't add a third Vault

After having made a second Vault, I went to create a third, but "New Vault" is greyed out. I quit and restarted but still have the same problem.

    Hi @CIX,

    New vaults can only be added when you're in the Primary vault, and it is unlocked. Please make sure you're in the Primary vault by going to the menu for 1Password > Switch to Vault > Primary (or use the ⌘1 keyboard shortcut). If necessary, unlock it with your master password. When you go back to the 1Password menu, are you able to choose the New Vault option?
