Trial expired suddenly
I've been using 1pass for a couple years now and suddenly it's stating the trial has expired.
When I go under License > Add License it provides a drop down for my to upload a file. The only thing I received from agile bits is a License key to copy and paste. Nothing to upload.

License key was for 1PW3. 1PW4 and 1PW5 require a license FILE (the same file works for both). 1PW4 was a paid upgrade from 1PW3. There was a bug in that some people did not get a "trial expired notice" in 1PW4, and so were able to continue using it without paying. This bug was corrected in 1PW5.
So most obvious possibility is that you never purchased a license for 1PW4 or 5. If that's so, you can get the license at an upgrade price. 1PW5 is a free upgrade from 1PW4, so only one extra cost.
There is one catch. If you want to use iCloud sync, then you have to buy the version from Apple's App Store, and Apple's restrictions prevent AgileBits from offering a discounted price. But many people use Dropbox to sync, which has advantages.
Of course, if you are sure you did buy a license for 1PW4, then post again.
