Missing attachments in Secure Notes

I wanted to view some old attachments I had attached to secure notes and they are no longer there. The filenames are listed, but you can't see the icon or click on the name to view the file. I can see some I recently added (within the last month) but I can't see older ones. The same thing is happening with my iOS app. This isn't very encouraging since I have old receipts for valuable items attached to secure notes with serial numbers and also photos of the item.

It will help people to understand what is happening if you tell us:
- what version of 1P for iOS you are using on your iOS devices;
- what method you use to sync your 1P data between your Mac and your iOS devices.
Of course, 1P for Mac will have been making automatic daily backups so I suspect there is in any event a way to retrieve items if that's necessary.

Thanks! I did a restore on the Mac version, then did a sync with dropbox to capture recent updates. I then did a wifi sync with my phone and everything is now back on both.
