Purchased 1Password through iTunes how do I get my license key so my wife can use my license?

If you purchased through iTunes, you have 1PW for iDevices, not 1PW for Mac OS. This does not have a license, but is tied to an Apple ID.
Three possible solutions.
1PW for iOS is free, so she can just get her own copy
If your wife and you use Family Sharing, apps bought by you can be used by her.
Log in to the App Store for iOS on her machine using your Apple ID and download. I've never been in this situation, but I am fairly sure you only need to use your ID for the download, after that it doesn't matter.
1PW for iOS has an in-app purchase which gives extra features. Family Sharing does not apply to this (Apple's rules, not AgileBits) so solution3 works best if you want the extra features.

Hi @mr_662,
I hope that @danco's response has helped you out here. He's correct, 1Password is a separate purchase for each platform that you wish to use it on.
If we're only talking iOS here, dance has already given you all of the answers. If you're looking at 1Password for Mac, you can pick up a license either from our website or the Mac App Store. Good news is, 1Password is currently on sale for 30% off, so it's a great time to snag a license! And, Apple's family sharing rules apply here too: if you purchase from the Mac App Store and have family sharing enabled, all the members of your family can download 1Password onto their machines. If you purchase from our website, the licenses work the same way: a single purchase can be used by up to 5 members of the same household on all the Macs that they use.
Of course, if you have any further questions or concerns, we're here to help!
