Is there an official bug reporter?

Is there an official bug report which people can report bugs to you guys? I have found a few I would like to report, one being a minor feature which just doesn't work for me, or is this form sufficient.

I have made several posts on these boards and just want to make sure this is the most appropriate spot for bug specific items.

    @srz2: Unless the feedback involves information of a personal or private nature (in which case a private message might be more discreet), you've come to the right place!

    If it is a bug, then we may need additional information or data to help us reproduce or diagnose it; but in the case of a feature request, just speak your mind, and we will listen. :)
