Hi, I have 2 Macs. I bought the 1password5 app from the app store, and then found out that my other mac is running Maverick and therefore need to run the legacy version 1password3, which I need to download from your site since it's not available on the app store. How could I find the license key that I have already purchased from the app store so that I could enter it in 1password3? Thanks!

Mac 1: V10.10.2
Running 1Password 5.1

Mac 2: V10.7.5
Running 1password 3.8.22

@berryfox - Go to this page and enter the email address you used when you purchased your license in the top left box. That will get your license resent to you. I'm assuming you still have access to that email address. If you don't, enter the address you now use. The search for your license will fail, but the page after will give you a link for further support.

@berryfox: Actually, it's even simpler than that (although that would work if you actually needed to run 1Password 3)!

In fact, Mavericks supports 1Password 4, which is also available from the Mac App Store. Just log into the Apple ID you used to purchase 1Password, and you can download the latest supported version (in this case 4) on that Mac as well.

But it looks like you might actually be running Lion there. If you aren't able to download 1Password from the MAS, just send an email to support+licenses at
agilebits dot com and we will take care of you.

I hope this helps. But again, when in doubt, reach out! :)
