1P mini and Safari extension don't seem to notice which site I'm on any more

Hi all I've recently moved from Mavericks to a new machine with Yosemite. Previously the 1P menubar item when pressed would do a really really good job of knowing what site i was on and bringing the correct item to the top to be selected. Now though it doesn't seem to pay any attention to the site and i have to search each time for the one i need. I feel I've missed a setting somewhere? 1P version 5.1 and Safari 8.0.4

@Adamding: I'm sorry for the trouble! It sounds like something might have gotten mixed up in the upgrade process. Try removing the extension, restarting 1Password mini (under 1Password Help > Troubleshooting), and then reinstalling the extension. That should get both back to a 'clean slate'.

Also make sure that 1Password mini is active (1Password Preferences > General > Always keep 1Password mini running) I hope this helps. Let me know how it turns out! :)
