Unable to Completely Uninstall 1Password 5 for Mac
I have tried multiple times and several ways (including this guide) to delete all of my 1Password data on the Mac, but have not been successful.
I have two vaults, an old vault that no longer syncs, which I want to get rid of, and a new vault, which syncs with Dropbox and I want to keep. No matter what I try I can't seem to get rid of the old vault. I figured a complete restart on my Mac would allow me to select the Dropbox keychain as my only vault.
After deleting all the files, rebooting, and starting 1Password, I get all the first-time prompts, but then I am returned to the 1Password login and my old vault is still intact. What am I missing?

Hi @unclemuscles ,
I'm sorry that you're having trouble here. If you've already followed the guide there, we'll need to take a closer look at your system to determine where things are getting tangled up.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
