Hi @ronen,
This history that you're looking for, is it a history of when you've used a Login item?
You can view this from within the main 1Password window if you like. The default sort order for the Item List pane is by Title but you can alter the ordering to Date Last Used, is that what you're thinking of?
The image below should help with what I'm referring to and clicking on any of that text below the search bar brings up the menu.
