1password not working after I deleted everything (bad idea) and reinstalled

Hello!
- I am using 1P 5.3
- I deleted using AppCleaner. It deletes all related files/folders.
- Yes. I also have it on my phone. (iPhone 6) It works on my phone.

On the basis I hope you have a complete set of 1P data on your phone does this knowledge base article help you set up on the Mac and sync to the phone?

Hi @Yoshi123,
If you have your 1Password data on your iPhone, I'm guessing this is the main problem you're trying to solve on your Mac right now:
It opens, but after I click the "Awesome! Let's get started," nothing happens :(.
When you say "nothing happens" do you mean the Welcome screen goes away, but the main 1Password windows doesn't open? Do you see a "1Password" menu at the top of the screen when that happens? If so, you can try going to the menu for Window > 1Password to see if that works.
If that still doesn't do anything, please try rebooting your Mac, then try opening the 1Password app again. Does that make any difference? If not, please try following our Starting Over steps to see if that helps.
