Trouble with creating new smart folder

Hello, Forum

My System:
MacBookPro with OS X 10.10.3 with 1Password Version 5.3 (530029)

Crash while trying to create new smart folder.

    Hi @ValentinaX,

    Can I ask, where in the process does it crash? Is it as soon as you select the File > New Smart Folder option, when you try to set a certain search criteria or when you attempt to save. It would also be potentially useful to know if you can reproduce the issue repeatedly and if it always happens at the same point.

    Hopefully we can figure out why it isn't behaving as it should.

    Hello

    1P crashes every time when i select **File > New Smart **

    I looked through app' logs.. An error probably appears because of my Russian lang. version ((
    i changed system language to Eng. and an error disappeared

    Application Specific Information:
    *** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: 'Error parsing localization!
    Key: %[folderUUIDForSearch]@ %[is]
    Value: %1[Папка]$ %2$ @ %3$
    Error is: The maximum given order was 3, but nothing has order 1.'

    Hi @ValentinaX,

    That's fantastic information, thank you! That should be easy to replicate at our end and for me to describe to the developers. Hopefully the fix isn't too bad and they can look into it soon. I do apologise that it happened at all and I hope you don't have to wait too long for the fix.

    Hi @ValentinaX,

    That's the issue reported. If you find any other actions produce a repeatable crash do please let us know. We can test if it's due to a localisation issue and work on getting it resolved :smile:
