Using Safari v.8.0.5, Using Yosemite v.10.10.3, and 1Password 5 v.5.3.1. I am unable to install extension for 1Password that will stay there. When I close Safari, the extension goes away and I have to reinstall every time.

Thanks, Stephen_C. That was very helpful and the longer version helped. Thanks, Megan for also helping. You guys are fast. I should have come to you guys first. I have been stressed/annoyed about this for weeks and trying to find answers on-line, with no results. Thanks.

Well, in that case, one more question. I am unable to sync my iMac with my other devices. I have set up my iMac to sync and save to dropbox. Thanks.

    Hey there @azimkarim,

In order to sync your 1Password data between devices, each device must have Dropbox sync enabled. Each platform's user guide has great step-by-step instructions for enabling Dropbox Sync.

If you get each device set to sync via Dropbox and it still isn't working, you are likely to find the answer in our Dropbox Sync troubleshooting article.

Otherwise, we'll just need a bit more detail on what steps you have taken so far to attempt Dropbox Sync, and what is and is not working as expected. Thanks!
