    Hi, my one pass does not work. The app comes up, I put in my pw and then it goes blank. Pls help

    I've merged a few more threads on this issue. We've submitted 6.1.1 to Apple and requested an expedited review to address the issue where the 6.1 update distribution was broken for some folks.

    Same problem here. The latest update was the cause. App starts but crashes after the main password. Next startup it will request to send logging information. If that works then you guys should have detailed information about what is wrong. Please fix soonest. Thx

    The app is with the latest update (6.1) and now waiting for 6.1.1 update.
    Hoping that resolve the issues.

    I just downloaded 6.1.1 -- it opened but major issue - it loaded not only my logins but someone else's as well. I do not know this person but it has bank accounts and emails, etc. How did this happen and did mine propagate to someone else's?

    Well, 6.1.1 is kind of fixed. The demo vault displays by default now, in addition to my primary vault. Even after I manually select only my primary vault, then close the app, then re-open it, it tells me that the app crashed and asks if I want to send in a crash report, and then opens with both the primary and demo vault still displaying.

    Ref my note above -- business identity for other person indicates she works for AgileBits in Customer Support -- is this a real person or fictitious? Either way why would it load into my logins?

    Version 6.1.1 published also on the french App Store this afternoon.

    Continually crashing on launch... just started today. Running 10.11.3 on late 2014 27" iMac w/32g ram. Can't get into any logins on web; can't get into anything! Tried downloading new app, but it still crashes consistently. Not getting any response through their help line (yet)... can anybody help puleeze?
