@Cheeky: Can you describe where you're running into trouble? Are you getting some sort of error? For example, if you previously hit "Do not ask me again", you won't have the option to try the import again after telling 1Password not to prompt you unless you reinstall the app. In that case, be sure to backup your data first:

And then you can migrate your data to the new app after reinstalling it:
Migrating from 1Password 3 (iOS)
Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Hi Brenty,
Unfortunately I am not getting the option to import.
I have tried numerous times using the backup method described, however despite it seemingly working no data appears. Is there anything else I can try - I really do not want to have to manually add this incredible amount of data.

@Cheeky: Without knowing the specifics of where things are going wrong for you it's hard to say what the solution may be. At this point, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report immediately after import and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to try to determine exactly what is happening:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Also, knowing your timezone and the date/time of the import will help us find it in the logs. We will get to the bottom of this! :)
