1password is not syncing iCloud data
I have a problem I was unable to solve by reading support articles. I accidentally disabled iCloud syncing and when I want to turn it on again now I get the dialogue that 1password found existing data. When I click "Start syncing" then nothing happens. The dialogue closes and I am back to "sync primary vault with None". Any suggestions?
1Password Version: 6.0.1 mac app store
Extension Version: 4.4.4
OS Version: 10.11.2
Sync Type: iCloud

Hi @kickelu12,
I'm sorry you're having trouble re-enabling iCloud sync! That's rather strange, I don't know why it's behaving like that. But I'm sure we'll be able to help get it working again.
First, please try restarting 1Password mini: From the main 1Password app, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini. Then you'll need to unlock 1Password with your master password. Once you've done that, go back to the Sync settings and try again to enable iCloud sync. Is there any difference this time?
If that doesn't help, try rebooting your Mac. After it restarts, open 1Password and see if you have any luck with re-enabling iCloud sync.
Finally, if the same problem is still happening, and assuming you have all your latest data in 1Password on your Mac, you can try resetting your 1Password data in iCloud:
- Open the main 1Password app and go to the menu for Help > Troubleshooting > Reset iCloud Data.
- Confirm you want to reset it by clicking the button for "Yes, Remove Remote Data".
- After a moment you should see a message that confirms the data was reset and sync was disabled (click OK).
Now go back again and try to enable iCloud sync. It will need to re-sync your entire vault to iCloud this time, so it might take a little longer than you'd expect.
Please let us know how it all goes, thanks! :)

Thanks so much for your help. Resetting data in iCloud was what fixed it for me. Works perfectly now again like I'm used to :)
