Hello, I have seen this happen on both my iPhone and my iPad. The Favorites pane keeps popping up the same first entry multiple times, but when you click on it, you see the actual entry underneath. Here's a link to some screen shots so you can see what I mean: [link to screenshot containing personal information removed by moderator]

Anyone else seen this? It's super annoying.

Thanks.

    Hi @RFBriggs,

thanks so much for reporting this issue including the screenshots! We removed the your link to your screenshots though as they contained personal information but we have a local copy of it.

I can totally understand that this is annoying - I'd be happy to help you get to the bottom of this.

I know of one other user who sees similar behaviour like you are seeing. We started looking into this problem but so far have no lead. Would you be willing to give us more information so that we can figure out why this is happening and can fix it? What you are seeing should definitely not happen.

I see the vault switcher in your screenshots. Is it correct that you have multiple vaults? Are your favorites from multiple vaults or just from one?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Winnie.

Thanks for taking down the screen shot link, I thought I had redacted the personal stuff but I guess not all of it.

I do have two vaults, and there are favorites in both. How else can I help?

    Thanks,
    Robin

  • Robin,

When you select an item in the favorites list, at the bottom of the view of the item, it'll show which vault that item is in. For the favorites that are duplicated do both copies exist in the same vault, or are they in different vaults?

    Thanks!

    Ben
