1P still logging into Dropbox sync after login name change
Hello,
1P is almost too good at logging in.
I sync 1P across two iOS devices via Dropbox. The Dropbox app is not installed on either device. I have changed my login email address at Dropbox but the password has not changed, confirmed by logging out of and back in to Dropbox via the web interface. 1P continues to sync between the two devices. I have tried disabling 1P sync on the iOS devices and re-enabled it in case it remained logged in.
Because you have to enter the Dropbox login email address when you first install 1P for iOS, why is it managing to sync now that has changed?

Hi @steve23094,
This is due to how Dropbox handles mobile app authentication. When we authenticate with Dropbox the first time we're given a "token" (think of it like an access card). This token allows us to access Dropbox until it is revoked. Even a password change with Dropbox will not revoke the token. It has to be explicitly revoked through Dropbox's website.
