Full version not showing up

I've recently purchased one password, and then the full one password app, the one that cost $9.99. The full version doesn't seem to be showing up so when I open one password. I don't have full range of categories and such that I should have. I just have Floggin's credit cards and the regular stuff. Please help.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in and I sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues restoring the Pro Features on your device.

    When you purchased the Pro Features, did you purchase them on the same device that you're having trouble restoring them or you purchased them on another device?

    If you purchased the Pro Features on another device, please make sure that you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, quit 1Password and relaunch 1Password again. It restarting (rebooting) your device might also help. Then go to Settings > Pro Features and you should see this:

    That is what I see in settings, however, when I go to categories, this is all I see:

    Thanks for getting back to us so quickly, @JoeyMcDaniels :+1:

    By the looks of it, the Pro Features are indeed enabled on your iPhone, as the Organize tab is visible between the Categories tab and the Settings tab.

    The only reason why you are not seeing other categories may be because you do not yet have items from those categories. So please try and create a new item from a new category such as a Secure Note or a Passport, then go back to categories and you should see the new category appear in the list.
