how to reset the primary vault Password to unlock it ?

Hi, I accidentally disabled the iCloud sync on my iPhone, when I trying back to sync it again it is asking for primary vault password, is there anyway to reset this?

Hi @Pavans,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. If you know the Master Password for the 1Password data on your device, but not the password for the data in iCloud, you can erase the data from iCloud and then sync fresh:

Instead if it is the Master Password for the data on your device which you do not have, please see this guide instead:

Thanks much for the quick and timely help provided by you, it resolved my problem, after erasing the iCloud data and then sync with iCloud is working fine, thank you very much, but I have one more small query that, how to know the password for the data saved in iCloud I mean for the primary vault password, because after erasing the iCloud data and then syncing I did not configure any primary vault password and it did not prompted to configure it.

The vault in iCloud will unlock with the same Master Password as the primary vault on your iPhone. :)
