my 1password will not sync when I backed it up to itunes

I did not back up my 1password with my icloud account, I just backed it up on my itunes. I don't want to sync my whole backup back to my phone because I had been experiencing battery performance issues on my phone which was caused by an unknown app. This is why i was wondering if their was another way of getting my stuff back. I would like to get my passwords back.

Thanks for taking the time to write in!

By default 1Password only stores your data on the device that you create it on. If you've made a backup you can read about restoring it here:

Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

In general we recommend making routine backups and setting up syncing such that your data will exist in more than one place:
