Hello @tomginny,
For us to best help you can we learn a bit more about your current situation please.
- What version of 1Password for iOS do you have?
- Did you used to sync between your Mac and iPhone before the Mac was stolen, if you did was it via Dropbox, iCloud, Wi-Fi Sync or have you been trying out 1Password for Teams or 1Password Families?
- When you say transfer to a PC, are you wanting to run 1Password for Windows on a Windows PC?
The answers to these will allow us to give you a much more informed answer as to what options you have.

1) I'm not sure what version of 1Password for iOS I was running. I know, when prompted, I kept everything up to date.
2) I used Wi-Fi sync
3) As a temporary measure (dealing with insurance) I'm using an old pc until I can replace my mac.

Hi @tomginny,
I'm a little confused because you use the past tense when referring to your iPhone and 1Password for iOS. I was working under the impression that you have access to your iPhone and a working copy of 1Password for iOS and you want to copy the vault from there to the old PC. Is this not the case? If you do have access to 1Password for iOS the link I supplied will show you how to find out which version of 1Password for iOS you have.
I apologise for reiterating but you technically could be running 1Password for iPhone AKA 1Password 3 for iOS and you wouldn't see any prompts to update to any of the newer versions. You could also be running an older version of iOS and you wouldn't be offered newer versions unless they were compatible. I just want to make sure whatever we suggest will work

I do have my iPhone which has my data. My Mac was stolen.
I want to transfer the data from my iPhone to my pc. I can't figure out how to do that. I synced my Mac and iPhone wirelessly.
I was running the latest operating system for my Mac and phone.

@tomginny: Unfortunately without some basic version information it's hard to say for certain what the best solution may be.
If you're using 1Password for iOS version 6, you can setup Dropbox Sync in 1Password for iOS, install Dropbox on your PC, and then open your vault in 1Password there (File > Open 1Password Vault).
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions! :)
