Cannot log in on Windows Phone App

Hi,

I am currently using 1Password for my Ubuntu Desktop pc and my Windows Phone, I was able to login to both but after I rebooted my phone, I can no longer login to the app. I have put the correct master password multiple times but it keeps showing the "Incorrect process". I am still able to login into my vault through Chrome on my pc. "And again I am inputting the master password correctly". I have no idea what the problem is, whether it's a bug, etc. I would love to be able to have my passwords with me on my mobile device. There have been many reports of malicious Windows apps claiming "that there're made from a legitimate company". Hopefully this is the right app, otherwise I just became a victim of a phishing/social engineering attack:

    The link is correct, it points to 1Password 6 for Windows Universal (the one that comes from Windows Store). I'm positive we do not have "Incorrect process" messages anywhere, that might be something else. Can you please send a screenshot of it to support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com so we can investigate?

    I'm also a bit confused about Windows Store app running on Ubuntu? Perhaps I misunderstood you.

    I sent support the link where the app is located and it is in fact the correct one. Sorry about the confusion, what I meant was, logging in to 1password on Chrome works fine. The problem is that I cannot login to the Windows Phone app anymore. What happened was I downloaded the app, logged in to my account, all worked well. But after I rebooted my phone, opened up the app, and tried entering my Master Password, it says it incorrect when it is in fact the right one.

  • One thing you can do is to try to login again, when it fails, please open your Edge browser and type in address bar op://log - that will instruct 1Password to open log view, you can copy text from there and paste it to email to support+windowsbeta@agilebits.com.

    Another possibility, that comes to my mind, is that you could have your master password changed in the web app, Windows Phone app is not yet smart enough to figure that out and it will not notify you. You can login with our original master password though, then sign in to your account again (that will update credentials and perform sync).
