Hi @BenjaminNimmons! I'm sorry for the confusion. 1Password Families is a subscription service, so a family license isn't be used to pay for it. The subscription includes everything your license has, as well as some other goodies. Ben mentioned this in the other discussion you've been having with us, so let's keep the conversation going there for now.
