Hi @bandiera,
We do not currently have support on iOS for OneDrive and I am not aware of any definite plans to add any additional 3rd party sync options at this time. We do support iCloud and Dropbox, as you mentioned. I'm sorry if we gave any impression that other options were supported.
If you'd like to sync your data across multiple platforms without using a 1Password account I would recommend using Dropbox.

To sync between iOS and a Windows PC without using a 1Password account you would need to use Dropbox, yes.

I can certainly understand the desire to have your sync provider of choice be supported, but we've never said that we do or would support One Drive for syncing 1Password data on iOS.
Currently our focus is on our own 1Password.com accounts, which we believe provide a smoother experience (and also we're able to offer more features) than using a 3rd party sync provider.
