account frozen and paid at least 65 for the app. WHY!? iPhone and MacBook

    You have (like a great many other people) unintentionally signed up for a Subscription Account but have not supplied your credit card info to continue paying after the 30days trial expired.

    Agilebits support will help you get back to a licensed version, unless you decide to stay with the subscription, which I personally recommend. If you do decide to stay subscription and if you bought the full license recently they may refund all or part of it.
