How can I immediately cancel my individual (in-app) subscription so I can subscribe to family?
I want to change from individual (purchased in-app via iTunes) to family. I read I have to cancel, then re-subscribe using the website. So I already canceled my in-app subscription via iTunes, but states that I will have full subscription until Sept. 2 so I need to somehow get it to be cancel right now so I can re-subscribe using family

How can I contact 1password so the can immediately cancel my individual subscription? Is there a number I call?

When you have subscribed to 1Password via iTunes/Apple, you have to cancel it there. Unfortunately nobody can do this for you.

@tefy_77: While Manaburner is right that you will need to cancel through Apple if you've subscribed through them, I did want to mention that you don't have to cancel/close/delete the account to switch to a 1Password Families. After you cancel the subscription with Apple, just sign in to your account at 1Password.com in your browser, click your account menu in the upper right, and choose "Invite People". And this guide will walk you through inviting family members and sharing with them:

I already canceled it through apple, but it says that subscription has been canceled, but will have services until September. I dont' have an option to "Invite People

While we don't have access to Apple's systems to update on our end automatically, I've fixed that in our system so you should be able to do it now. Please give it another try (logout and log back first if necessary) and let me know if that helps! :)

@brenty Hi, I'm having the same issue as the user above. I went ahead and canceled my subscription through the App Store, but the subscription still exists for the rest of the month. I would like to transition to a family account right away. Would you be able to make the change in your system also? Thank you.

@marcham93, @MKavabanga: Sure thing! Apple doesn't give us access to their billing systems, but since you've confirmed that you've canceled with them already I've cleared that in our system as well. You should be able to setup billing for your membership through 1Password.com now:
