I need someone to walk me through in real time to sign in to my Mac account AND sinc a new phone.
I have an old account on my mac and I can't open it. I purchased an updated account and still can't open it. The message comes up that says "Failed to connect to mini". I can't look up what version it is since I can't open it. I reboot and the same thing happens.
I also can't open my new Galaxy edge 7 phone and use the account on that and/or sinc it to my Mac. I found my "key" from my old phone and have that but don't know the rest of the user names or whatever it's called to get into it and activate it.
Would LOVE to use all of them and actually have them work together and have spent hours trying to figure it out. I would love for someone to simply walk me through all this until I get it to work. Has become a huge barrier to me functioning in my day to day accounts. I'm very frustrated so I would be extremely happy if someone can help me sort this out to actually work the way it use to.
Thanks very much! Christine

Hey @c2morrison -- sorry you're having difficulties just now. For future reference, you actually can check the version number of most applications (including 1Password), by single-clicking them in Finder and typing ⌘i (or control-click > get info). Let us know what version you've got.
We'd like to see your setup a little more closely, so I think this discussion is better had in private, via email. To do that, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.
