Creating new logins and they are not syncing

Using one of my windows laptops I go to a new site, and create a login. It saves and can be found on this machine. The new accounts do not show on any of my other devices, or in my online account. . In the 1PW app I see the updates under offline changes. How can I get these changes to sycn?

@scott1803: Do you have sync setup for 1Password? You didn't include that information in your post. Please also tell me the OS and 1Password versions you're using. Thanks in advance!
