Master Password not recognised on iOS devices

Using iOS 12.0 on 2 iOS devices, and using the latest version of 1Password on each.

I have a subscription which is active (Individual Plan).

It is possible to enter the master password on the Mac version of 1Passport and to login into 1Password.com, just not for iOS devices.

Although I type the master password correctly (several times) - it is simply not accepted by either iOS device

Is there a solution to this? .

    Do you have a vault named “Primary” on any of these devices?

    Ben,

    As far as I am aware I only have one vault (Personal) on all devices (Mac and iOS).

    Ben,

    I deleted the 1Password app on all iOS devices. Reinstalled it. It is now again possible to access the app with the master password.

    Indeed, if you've now setup with the same data (which is encrypted using the Master Password) as your other devices, then it will also use the same Master Password to unlock (and decrypt the data). Cheers! :)
