I thought I had a monthly acct. If not, I would like to set one up now.
I keep getting locked out.... And on my MacBookPro, I have a ? where the icon should be at the bottom of my screen. I somehow did manage to open 1Password (I don't know how), but the ? remains.
I thought I had a monthly account. If not, and if it would help the situation, I would like to sign up for one.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'd be happy to help with both of those items.
1Password should live inside your
/Applications
folder. You can find this folder in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the Finder. To remove the
?
from your Dock:- Right click on the
?
icon - Mouse up to
Options
- Select
Remove from Dock
To add 1Password back to your Dock:
- Launch Finder
- Select the
Applications
folder from the left-hand sidebar - Locate the 1Password application
- Drag the 1Password application from the Applications folder to the Dock
As for the question of your account / membership
To check if you have a 1Password membership ("account"):
- Launch and unlock 1Password
- Select 1Password > Preferences > Accounts from the menubar at the top of your screen
- See if any 1Password accounts are listed here
- If there is an account listed... are you able to sign in to that account at https://my.1password.com/ ?
- If you find you do not have a membership currently but would like one you can follow the instructions here:
Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account
Please let me know how things turn out. :)
