1Password Mini keeps breaking for Safari

Lately I've been having an issue where 1Password Mini refuses to show up when Safari is frontmost. The hotkey does nothing, and even clicking on the status item just highlights the item during the click but doesn't show the window. If I bring another app to the foreground, I can show 1Password Mini just fine, but with Safari frontmost, it simply won't show up. Restarting 1Password does not help either.

I am not using the obsolete web extension, and the native extension (v7.2.1) is enabled in Safari.

There's nothing interesting showing up in Console.app when I do this (not even with Info and Debug enabled).

1Password Version: 7.2.1
Extension Version: 7.2.1
OS Version: macOS 10.14.1 (18B75)
Sync Type: Teams

@kballard - I'm just guessing here, but try turning off any adblocking software or other in-browser network filters/VPNs/etc. In fact, restart your Mac, and turn ALL Safari extensions off temporarily for testing (except 1Password) and see if you notice any change in the behavior.
