Hi,
is there another way to download this extension but the MS store? I would be able to install but the store is blocked within the company ...

Thanks for writing in.
No, there isn't any other way to get official Edge extension, it's a strict requirement from Microsoft that all Edge extensions for consumers are hosted in the Microsoft Store. While there is a sideloading option, it requires us to include our certificate but that certificate is only permitted for internal employee uses.
They do offer business stores for companies to allow and I believe the company can whitelist 1Password in there but if it is globally blocked, then there isn't any other way around that isn't within the Store requirements.
