1P8 Autofill Not Changing Tabs?

I assume I'm doing something wrong, but when I use CMD+\ and then put in where I want to go, the autofill doesn't seem to change tabs and then go to the new site. For example, from the Apple.com hom...

We call it Universal Autofill. 😀

It sounds like in your specific situation, using Quick Access to jump to your next destination might be the best bet.
