1P8 beta keeps popping to foreground and stealing focus

Hi, I'm running macOS Monterey (12.3.1) with 1P8 beta (8.7.0, build 80700095), on a 2019 iMac 27", and every time I do seemingly anything that shifts focus in a browser—refresh or load a page, switch...
