1Password 8 Keeps Locking

I'm having the same issue on a Mac Mini running Monterey 12.6 and 1Password V. 8.9.4.
Not sure if the image below will show but "Auto-lock" is unchecked and "Lock after computer is idle for" is "Never". On the Mac Mini there is no biometric authentication, so I'm plugging in the lengthy password 5-7 times a day. It's really winding me up now.
