2 factor codes - can we retrieve from 1password instead of getting from email?

We are an accounting firm that just started using 1password to store our clients bank logins. We access the sites to get statements, view transactions and balances. So multiple people working remotely are accessing these logins from multiple states. 

All of these logins have passcodes going to a central shared email that multiple employees access. Is there a way to set up 1password so that the Pass codes go directly in 1password for everyone to access? I'm trying to figure out how to get this setup for our firm.
