Account password required for browser extension

2 years agoThank you for the reply. The next time that you're prompted to unlock 1Password in the browser using your account password, and not Touch ID, I'd like you to send in the following:
- The extension console log: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
- A screenshot of the lock screen that you see (make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot. Do not send us your account password.)
Attach all files to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
